Visiting the battlefields on two wheels is a very special experience. As bikers, finding new and interesting roads is what biking is all about. But visiting the battlefields of WW1 and WW2 takes motorcycling to a whole new level, exposing you to some amazing roads as well as some amazing and thought provoking locations.
The team at Road to Remembrance are all keen bikers and have a real passion for telling everyone about the history of those that fought in both world wars. All of them have visited the battlefields of the western front on many occasions and still find them as fascinating and awe inspiring as they did on their very first trip.
Road to Remembrance offers a variety of tours across France, Belgium and Germany. Each tour focusses on a particular location or period. If you have never been on a battlefield tour before, we would recommend you start with an ‘Introduction Tour’, which is designed to give all newcomers an introduction to an area or battle, yet is full of information and exposure to the battlefields themselves.
When you sign up to any of our tours, you will be presented with a full itinerary of the tour, plus all the information you need for riding in Europe. If you have never ridden in Europe before, please do not worry. Our team are there to assist you all the way through the trip.
